Storeroom
Storeroom provides a means for the user to manage material, supplier, and requisition information. Issuing, receiving, transferring, auditing, and searching transaction histories are all functions that can be performed with Storeroom.

The Storeroom Management System supports a wide variety of inventory management functions including:
  • Materials is used for entering materials into the materials inventory and organizing the materials into a hierarchy.
  • Suppliers is used for entering supplier information. Each supplier may have a list of materials that can be requisitioned.
  • Requisition is used to list materials that can be ordered from a supplier.
  • Issue keeps track of materials issued to work orders, employees, and accounts.
  • Receive keeps track of materials returned back to the storeroom from work orders, or materials received from suppliers.
  • Transfer keeps track of materials transferred between storerooms.
  • Audit keeps track of the material stock on hand based on Storeroom transactions. Stock on Hand can be adjusted or initialized using this function.
  • Reports is used to search and display issues, receives, audits, and transfer histories.
